		<description>Compost is definitely a "feel good experience" once you get the hang of it. Vermicomposting (composting with worms) in particular is a fantastic way to jump into composting (ok, so I'm a little biased - haha). It can be done on any scale, and even indoors. It may require a little more finesse than your basic backyard compost bin since you have the health and welfare of the worms to consider, but it is definitely worth the effort.

Just being able to doing something environmentally responsible with your kitchen wastes is really cool in itself, but there is also the added bonus of producing some incredible compost. Even small amounts of vermicompost can do wonders for our plants!

Anyway, that's my 2 cents! :-)
